Pam Tucker facilitated my brothers and me in the sale of our mother’s home. Pam went far and beyond the scope of any other real estate agent that I’ve dealt with. She was there every step of the way, helping provide references for the estate sale, repair people, and even helping clean up around the property. Pam was an amazing property manager. Incredible response time in messages and fixes. Made living in our apartment all the more easier when the odd issue came up here and there.
Renting from this realtor has been an absolute nightmare. From a filthy apartment with mold and lack of cleaning prior to renting to terrible communication and response to us as tenants. I like my apartment, I just wish the owner had dealt with a more professional realtor.
