Pam Tucker helped me to sell my house. She kept me well informed. She went above and beyond my expectations to stage the property. I had a scheduled viewing at 4:00 PM and arrived promptly at 3:58. I was sent a code for the lockbox, but unfortunately, it wasn’t working. Run!!! They tried to steal my security deposit. I had my lawyer reach out to them because they had NO basis to take possession of my security deposit, so they had released it to me. They raise and raise the rent every year, no upgrades. There is so much I can say but in short.. avoid them at all cost.
Pam Tucker facilitated my brothers and me in the sale of our mother’s home. Pam went far and beyond the scope of any other real estate agent that I’ve dealt with. She was there every step of the way, helping provide references for the estate sale, repair people, and even helping clean up around the property. We also had a unique situation of an out of country buyer that required extra diligence. I highly recommend her
