Great glasses, great atmosphere, great people!
2 hours of my life completely wasted. I will never support this business again. I saw the glowing reviews about the service and expected a similar level of professionalism. I scheduled an eye exam for Tuesday, and due to the blizzard, a representative proactively called me on Sunday to reschedule for Wednesday. That gave me confidence that the business was organized and respectful of customers’ time. I called and the girl that answered didn’t understand anything I was sayin - I wanted an eye exam and new lenses - she could not understand that - I told her my birthday - she hear it incorrectly - finally got to scheduling an eye exam - only available in 3 weeks - terrible !!!
The nicest glasses store in America, and probably the best customer service as well!!! Thanks for being awesome Greater Optics.
