I asked for service on my machine and the very rude person on the phone wanted to know why I was calling them if wasn’t a regular customer and why I wouldn’t just call the company we’ve used in the past.
They were very helpful when they were unavailable to help us. (They're super busy!) Were very nice and gave us the names of several other reputable places to try. Thank you!
