John and GNMI are great. I inquired about a heat pump and the Ontario Government rebate program. John was the first to answer and most comprehensive out of all the HVAC businesses I asked for a quote. Even though I was ineligible to due to the zoning of my property, his help was amazing.
John's team did a retrofit on our house. His team is amazing, explained everything and even came back the next day when i had concerns. This is the second time I have used John and recommend them to friends and family.
I had a local plumbing company tell me I needed a new water heater after replacing a vapor sensor. I called John and he told me how to reset the hot water tank and get it working again over the phone and didn't charge me for it. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
John and Brian did a fantastic job installing a new heat pump and furnace. They were professional, efficient, and the system is working great. Highly recommend!
