My appointment was scheduled weeks in advance and they canceled on me an hour before I went in. I had to cancel things and make sacrifices in order to make this appointment happen. Extremely disappointing and extremely unprofessional. These people should not be in this industry. They are careless and cold. Do not go here.
Absolutely worst service I've ever had. I have 2 seniors with dementia , We waited 2 weeks for an ultrasound with a 4-Hour fast. We were 6 minutes late due to challenges of getting a senior with dementia out the door. Gi to Barclays, get faster, friendlier service. Never dealing with GNMI again. I watched someone walk in and get an appointment but you couldn't accommodate the First Nations patient with dementia 👍 .
While the tech was extremely kind, and the receptionist worked with my forgetful brain, I’m giving 3 stars as a prewarning to first time parents, my husband was allowed in the room for all of 30 seconds at the end of the appointment which was disappointing, no serious questions were asked… I’m not sure why he couldn’t come in. And you don’t get any photo print out. With this being the first prenatal experience it wasn’t what we expected at all.
Aprit assisted my family member while they were being evaluated for an ultrasound. He’s a very kind and respectful man. I highly recommend his services if you book with the Grimsby location.
