This credit union is so trash. The one on Lapalco seems to have one person on weekends going from lobby counter to drive thru window. Sat in line dam near 30 mins to be helped. I’m so done with these people.
We reached out to GNO FCU to look into a HELOC. Stacy Barrios, in particular, was extremely helpful, efficient and easy to work with. She guided us through the process and was able to easily answer our many questions. We live in New Orleans, but we had a great experience with Stacy and the rest of the Harvey branch team. Highly recommend GNO FCU. Don't be like us -- go straight to GNO FCU and skip the online lenders and traditional banks.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of support and resolution I have received from GNO FCU. Despite being a loyal customer, the credit union has failed to address a crucial issue regarding my car title. Last year, I paid off my car loan and the credit union claimed to have mailed the car title to me. However, it never arrived in the mail. They then requested that I file a "lost mail" claim with the post office, which I did.
