Booked birthday party for my son recently. The place felt outdated and abit dirty. The mini fridge that was in the party room was off and dirty and mouldy.
What kind of reputable company decides to have an open house on the same day they had booked birthday parties months before then do not cancel said parties . Deffiently not away to get and keep customers .The worst part is the fact a little girl shows up and gets her hopes broken and gets turned away because people don't know how to run a business properly and plan things in a smart manner .
My wife and I came across a post where her mother booked a birthday party in April and today being the day that our daughters party was supposed to be this gymnastic club decided not to contact her and her and her seven-year-old showed up to be very disappointed they are unresponsible when booking they are always over packed And I will never be back here with my children.
