Went there to been seen for illness. I was told I couldn't be saw if I didn't pay on a balance tht was almost 200. I never received a bill or email. I told them I could do 20 and to send remainder in bill form. I was told I had to pay half to be saw by a doctor. Very uncaring and unconcerned for the health of people. Only worried about balances.
They are always nice and friendly. I come in feeling bad and leave feeling better every time!
After having a terrible experience with another local Urgent Care, I had to come give some love to this one. I don't know why I haven't left ya'll one sooner. Everyone in this office is so sweet, attentive & the providers are wonderful. Sometimes they get slammed & it takes a minute to get seen, but that's because they are truly the best in Semmes & everyone sees them. Thank ya'll for what you do.
You have a new card reader that does not accept FSA cards … sorry you have to pay with a different form of payment !! This a medical facility and I have a Visa Card for medical payments …. NOT ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE 🤬
Ashley and Lainey were great people! Everyone is efficient and they provide great care. Those two especially!
