My experience was horrible had to get an MRI and they talked me into just using a stethoscope!! Because they didn’t have no earplugs available at the time ,I really needed an MRI and thinking that since they are professionals they wouldn’t expose me to danger since that visit my ears have been ringing from the loud noise of the MRI machine.If there was a -20 starts I would have chosen that .
I’ve had MRI’s done at Greater Missouri Imaging a couple of times in the last 4-5 years and found their service to be prompt and professional. The front desk staff, as well as the techs, are friendly & helpful. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I overpaid my co-insurance when I was there 8-9 months ago and have yet to receive a refund.
