I'm a disabled veteran, and under the Mission Act, and they being a networked clinic, we're obligated to see me. I was directed here by the VA nurses hotline for those reasons. Upon arriving, there were no lights on in the waiting area, watched a lady through the window eat for 5 minutes before another came to assist me. Told them I was there per the VA and just needed to let them know. Then they asked for a, "VA health insurance card". What? Usually not busy. Get in quick. Candy CNP is amazing. She has great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable.
This place is a joke. Brad is cool, he talks really fast though. But candy is crazy. Hard to believe she’s even a practitioner. They turned away my girlfriend because she’s pregnant one time. She was there due to a cold. The receptionist today acted like she didn’t want to work there. I sat for fifteen minutes with not a single other person there because she said it’s going to be a minute and sat down and did nothing. I get back to a room and another guy comes in. Nurses have horrible bedside manner and degraded my fiance for being 28 and not having a primary care physician.
