I am not one to leave reviews that often, but for the sake of future patients, this needs to be said. I have never had such an unpleasant time dealing with a physician in all my life. Long story short I have been diagnosed with chronic seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp by past derms, so I went to Dr Lawrence to confirm this diagnosis with a scalp biopsy. This is the only drs office I go to that I am consistently seen at my appointment time! Everyone there is great!
My children and I have been patients here for over 2 years. I have never once missed an appointment or had any issues. I arrived on time for an appointment for my son and I this week. As I entered I was asked for my insurance card. The front desk staff said they already had this card on file and that it was coming up that my plan was inactive. This office has been WONDERFUL from my very first phone call. Got me in on a cancellation list within a month of setting up my original appointment & then took care of my issues and had me back to work all within 30 minutes of an initial consult!!!
