This is the only drs office I go to that I am consistently seen at my appointment time! Everyone there is great!
My children and I have been patients here for over 2 years. I have never once missed an appointment or had any issues. I arrived on time for an appointment for my son and I this week. As I entered I was asked for my insurance card. The front desk staff said they already had this card on file and that it was coming up that my plan was inactive. This office has been WONDERFUL from my very first phone call. Got me in on a cancellation list within a month of setting up my original appointment & then took care of my issues and had me back to work all within 30 minutes of an initial consult!!! I have never experienced such timely service at a doctors office - to the point you just expect to be a hour to hour and a half for simple appointments.. boy did Dr Kelsey prove me wrong! I had an amazing experience here. Dr Lawrence and the whole team does a great job keeping the office flowing amazingly. I left with more knowledge and the treatment done perfectly! 100% recommend over and over!
