One of the brokers is a slumlord. Will not return any of the 1800 deposit after home was left better than moving in. Said painting a few inside walls cost her 1500 from her handyman and will not provide an itemized letter. Not to mentioned when first moving in the summer, had to deal with ac not working for about 2 months, would not replace ac only had worker come and bandage the problems. She is now avoiding former renter and not replying to their texts or emails.
