I have never been treated so rudely by a front desk! I got confusing text messages about the time to arrive. One said 310 which was my appointment and another said 230. Then the text said. " Arriving earlier than your scheduled arrival time is not necessary and may result in a longer wait. We look forward to seeing you!". This was very confusing and I arrived at 300 and they REFUSED to see me! And one last was veryrude and nasty about it! Made a 2:00 appointment as a new patient and after two hrs of waiting i asked what was going on and was told dr running behind and since i was a new patient i had to wait longer. Do not recommend this place i waisted time off work for nothing.
Very professional and they help me with my issues GMPM Employees are awesome.They are an awesome group Dr's and Nurse practioneres they listen to my concerns and keep me on the right track.These Dr's, p.a nurse practioneres are absolutely the very best and Rachel understands all my issues and she is the very best NP
