I broke a tooth and was referred to Greater Maryland Oral Surgery in Gaithersburg. Everyone there was kind and compassionate. Tania, the receptionist, was pleasant and helpful with paperwork and insurance information. Dr Niloy, my oral surgeon, listened to me about my being sensitive to anesthetics and gave me way less than he planned. He stopped when I said I thought it was enough, and turns out it was. This is the second tooth I have had extracted at Greater Maryland Oral Surgery. Dr. Niloy and his team are professional in every sense of that term - competent (of course), transparent about costs, forthcoming regarding potential risks associated with extractions, and sensitive to the inevitable discomfort that occurs following procedure of this nature.
