This was a very unprofessional experience. Documents were prepared incorrectly and instead of taking responsibility, the response was defensive and unprofessional. There was clear lack of attention to detail and poor communication throughout the process. Issues were handled by shifting blame to the client and agent rather than correcting the mistakes.
