Since I was raised in age to 60, i was qualified for membership
GLSS is a great place to hang with friends long time friends or new friends meet there playing Bingo,cards,domino's,sing,dance,do crafts,knit,have lunch, go out to lunch, go on trips, and more I have a lot of fun there.
I have a special needs daughter who uses the ride to get to her program she has a speech problem and has been waiting 2hrs for her ride no call from glss to inform us that they would be late after being on hold for a half hr someone finnally picked up and said they were there and she wasnt out there when i know for a fact she was there and another girl was also waiting because they were on the same bus i was told by the program director this happens alot this is unacceptable and something should be done!!!!!!
Most of the drivers are great, but some of the dispatchers are rude and not helpful. The scheduling system needs to be updated as well. Some of the schedules are impossible for the drivers to get to places on time.
