Couple of months ago I bought a duplex, the basement of one of the units has been constantly floods with rain. The problem that the listing agent on this website didn't disclose to me or realator. and now I need to spend around $10000 to fix it.
Took months to get a mediation scheduled and only moved forward because I persistently called weekly. No one returns calls or emails unless you call and call again. Spent money on mediation for no resolution and our realtor never replies to emails or text. I'm so mad and disappointed in everyone at GLAR and the realtors. I would never recommend using them.
Culture Crisis: Needs Critical Examination in the Workplace. Pros The members are exceptional, and they are the sole reason for these individuals' in leadership have a job. They belittle board members behind their back and say horrible things about their members. Cons The culture these people created is horrific.
