Very disappointed in this facility. My son needed support and we had an appointment canceled morning of when we got to the place. We rescheduled for the following week and once we pull into the parking lot, I get a phone call saying the counselor is working remotely. After sitting on hold for 15 mins it turned out she was in the building, but working remotely. Like what?!?! We drive 30 minutes to get there and my son hasn't even had his first appointment.
