I have been coming to this practice for over 15 years and only continue to come back to the practice for Dr Keshinie. Absolutely incredible doctor that has the time for everyone, never takes short cuts and checks all prescriptions etc at every appointment. Have had repeatedly bad experiences with other doctors in the clinic on multiple different issues and over the last 5 years.
This clinic used to be good, but has gone downhill over the past few years. Due to always having to wait over an hour to see a GP despite booking appointments in advance, I decided to move to a different medical centre. I was told I would have to pay $40 plus the cost to Express Post my medical records to my new GP. I approved the cost and paid over the phone, but it took over TWO weeks and repeated calls before my files were sent. They charged me to expedite the files but took weeks to send them. Very poor. Use to be good. Now wait over an hr for an appt. Booked a double appt. Waited over an hr. Then said dont have time to do the 3 things I went to talk about. But still charged me for the double appt even tho I was in there 5mins. Paid for my file to be tf to a new drs. Said it would be ready in 4 days. Now 8 days and still not done. They were happy to take my money. This practice has become very bad. 3 of 5 receptionists have no idea what they are doing and can't understand simple English. Won't ever go back to them... read more
Hi some of your reception staff are really lovely and even recognise me when I come in. They communicate well and warmly. I wanted to add and give great praise for one particular receptionist who has been there, it seems, as long as I have been coming to this surgery. Her name is Sheleen. She is very humble, not realising how valuable her service is and always puts everyone else’s needs first.
