The public should be made aware that the only requirement for a Home Inspector to be a member is to pay a membership fee. They do not have any licensing requirements or professional or ethical standards. A home inspector should only list items they see that need to be addressed when they do an inspection. Uness they are also a licensed contractor they should not quote repair costs and they should not refer a specific contractor to do any repairs. Very friendly people and very helpful
Absolutely dishonest. I am being slandered by Joy Watts of Berkshire Hathaway former president, Annie Potts, Jennifer Slocum, Lisa Faber of Jaqua Realty and new president. I am also being extorted. DO NOT JOIN GKAR! This is how the older click of agents keeps a new agent from working, making a FALSE accusation saying I called someone a name when I asked for a refund due to no access to Sentry & MLS.
