The folks at Greater Insurance are beyond Excellent! When Progressive was being totally unreasonable and taking advantage of his elderly state and in not giving my Dad his refund back for his insurance premium they went above and beyond to help him obtain his rightful refund. They are all very kind and caring at this agency. They are also my agent and also very knowledgeable Terrific group!!!!.
