Had an accident in 10/2021 and filed a claim. Agent didn't follow through so car didn't get fixed until 03/2022. The repair shop actually called me to find out what happened and stated the agent didn't ever submit the claim. Also requested to terminate all coverage with the agent (2 vehicles, home, and cabin) to which the agent never did. I had to go to each insurance company myself to request the policy be closed as he never took care of his end. Terrible at communication and getting things done timely.
