Construction department very friendly and helpful. I truly recommend this place 100%
GITC is great! The staff is friendly knowledgeable & accommodating. They have many locations to adequately serve a variety of communities- a big plus not to be taken for granted! Their pricing is more than fair. GITC is my go-to company when I need any title work or real estate closings.
This is so far the worst Title Company Service I`ve ever had. The Closing was A MONTH AGO and the deed is not registered with the county! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Spend you money elsewhere.
The lady at the front desk was trying so hard to be nice, but at the same time looking at me like in a racist way. even when she opened the door to the room where I was going to be in with my attorney, she kept on following me with her eyes. I did not say anything because I just wanted to close the deal and get my keys to my new house. I will totally go back to confront her.
