The nicest people I've met. The staff is so welcoming and courteous. I met with Dr. Sheila Liu and any negative feedback you've come across is a matter of incorrect perception. She is one the most understanding, thoughtful, insanely experienced, highly educated, warmest, and kindest individuals. She really thought through the approach for my treatment and had a very poignant point of view, which I hadn't even thought of. I highly recommend her. Negative feedback you might see is a misconception, I assure you.

I won't bore you with details, but it took one particular phone call with the staff to make me turn away from this practice after years with this doctor. They are horribly unempathetic and completely unprofessional in every sense. They have no business working with the general public, much less people who are sensitive states of mind. I think the woman I spoke with was actually ready to fight me, which I'm not sure how to process. Save yourself the frustration, look elsewhere.
Changed providers and I’ve been harassed ever since. Phone calls (5+ a day,) letters, emails, etc. my regular doctor was out and the fill in decided to call a wellness check on me even though I told them I was fine, as did my fiancé. It doesn’t add up, but I ended up on my front porch with the police for 1.5 hours doing a zoom call proving I was mentally sound.
