I recently hosted a pool party at our HOA pool. This company was the management company that our HOA hired to handle the pool parties. The lifeguard responsible for our party was so friendly and sweet! She was always watching out for us and even helped clean up after the party! The person who I spoke with to set up the party was responsive and great as well!
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! One of my neighbors saw a three year-old baby nearly drown while their lifeguards were on duty and they did nothing! My neighbor had to jump in and save the baby because they were not paying attention! This child could have died and they did nothing! Horrible lifeguards with rude, disrespectful horrible attitudes and a company that does nothing about it. Terrible and irresponsible company. No one there answers the phone. Our HOA contracted with them to manage our community pool, lifeguards were terrible and pool turned green! Super disappointed with GHPM.
