The lifeguards are not professional. They will just watch one spot in the pool and not scan. They eat on the stand. When switching out guards they leave the pool unattended. All they do is sit and talk to each other when the pool and the deck are dirty.
You need to train your lifeguards better. And children are not allowed to wear swim shoes? Um that's the name of them SWIM SHOES!! But people are allowed to wear clothing? What's wrong with this picture? Lifeguard should always be on the stand so that he can see the entire pool much better. Not sitting back texting and talking on his/her cell phone.
