EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Trying to provide my updated insurance information with the front desk and they hang up mid conversation without any reason.. you shouldn’t threaten to cancel a appointment due to you not having their information when i was trying to provide it, & when i called back the front desk lady was very nonchalant and rude. If you don’t appreciate long time patient then just say that. we will no longer bring my kids to this location extremely unprofessional!!!
