1. Texting was unprofessional using all caps AND USING THE WRONG NAME FOR THE PATIENT, when prior messages were professional. 2. Told we have a 9am appt, got there on time at 9am. Sat for 1 whole HOUR with my son and toddler. Asked the front desk lady what's going on. They FORGOT to give my son the oral anesthetic medicine that takes...and HOUR to kick in by 10am.
