I had a very frustrating experience with this pediatric dental office. I arrived only 2 minutes late to my child’s appointment, and instead of trying to accommodate us, they immediately rescheduled. What made this worse is the lack of communication. It’s very difficult to get someone on the phone, and calls often go unanswered, which makes rescheduling or asking questions unnecessarily stressful. I understand policies are important, but there should also be some flexibility—especially for parents managing kids and schedules.... read more

10/10 do NOT recommend Dr. Luu, her chair side manner is not the best. She was over 30 minutes late to our appt, then proceeded to take another 10 minutes to scold a DA in front of all the patients In chairs. We had concerns about my special needs son she brushed off, and was bothered by. I spoke up finally and told her she was rude and she immediately tried to change her demeanor. Such an amazing dentist they are so amazing with my son very clean and smells good my son loves all the staff they are very patient with him and work with you they give the children tokens very kid friendly and his experience there is just amazing!
