I had to pay copay. I tried to explain at service my insurance would cover all. I was made to make down payment of 269.00. That was in April can’t get my money back. It is now August.
RecommendedDr. Lee and his staff are amazing people. We honestly feel like part of the family. And Dr. Lee discusses every option with my son, never treating him like he is “just a kid”. And always caring about his best interests. We appreciate and love you all!!

One way to improve is to get the assistants to actually return phone calls and let patients know the results of tests in a timely manner instead of having to e them on my chart. Ct scan was done a week ago and I have yet to hear back from the dr's office. I was told Thursday that if she didn't get the results she would call the place that did it and get back to me Friday. I called Friday afternoon and left a voicemail. It's now 5:06 Monday afternoon and still nothing!
