If I could give this a no star then that’s what I would rate this practice. A payment was made to this practice prior to services being rendered and I never received treatment so the monies reflected as a credit on my account. When asked for my money to be refunded ... the owner himself called me screaming and speaking over me explaining that the doctor who recommended me no longer works there , that he needed to speak to my general dentist for more information on my monies.
