Patel is such a good doctor but its a shame his manager is by far the worst person ive ever met!! She's definitely ruining his reputation

Making a dollar rather giving refills for insulin means more than helping someone. lets make an appointment that will mean nothing just so u have to pay for a visit than give refills and keep me alive. Your nurses are horrible rateher than help me get an appointment they tell me call back in 2 says to schedule one. Im over here rationing out my insulin so u can make a buck
Dr. Panja was extremely kind, attentive and proactive in doing all that he could to get my health where it needed to be. His staff however were a nightmare to deal with. I believe the girls name who works there is Jaqueline, she is extremely rude, unprofessional and would always claim that my insurance company was not forwarding her the required monthly paperwork to refill my supplies for my insulin pump. I finally had to get her, the insurance company and myself all in a 3 way call because I was going months without supplie... read more
