Based on advertising that sounded like a caring tree/landscape company, I had them come out for estimate. I wanted some tree pruning and several 2- 3ft trees planted I had bought. To my shock, he basically said why don’t you do it yourself, will “take like 10 min to dig a hole”. I didn’t feel like explaining to him what my health issues were. Amazing service. Called the day after a big storm and they responded the following day and came out to do a survey. The estimates were in my inbox the same day. My job was not an emergency yet they were there the following day (lucky schedule they said - works for me!). Very easy to deal with. Even provided tree maintenance guidance for my groves to keep them healthy. Be patient if it’s the day after a storm and you don’t have an emergency, they will get back to you.
