Their phone system is always broken and just rings and rings. You can never get a call through to the emergency on-call doctor, which they legally have to have but clearly have no interest in supporting, since I personally informed them 2 times (once in person). Additionally, Dr. Trono has a poor bedside manner and I've witnessed him being short with his patients.
Terrible communications. I can't make an appointment if no will answer the phone. I've tried for 10 day to make an appointment, my doctor can get thru either. This is unacceptable. Run from this place.
