Over the last few years, I have observed that management, staff, and others on the transit bus are very inconsiderate. A request on behalf of many: stop being jerks! This service are not reliable and they take full advantage of the handicap people. Don’t use this service if you are short on time. They never take responsibility for anything. They are always right no matter what you say. Full of excuses.
Reservation made days before, they showed up 30 min. Late.
This is So unprofessional and never been on time.
