I used them because my van for my special needs nephew has been giving me issues. I have been calling them for pick up and their customer service is not good. The program is 7 mins from me and opens at 8:30. On Friday he was picked up at 8:39 in the morning and he did not get to the program until 11. Mind you the cutoff time for drop off is 10. Im a nurse at my Church, one of my Church members had to wait over her time and the dispatch told so many lies. Her pick up was between 11:00 - 11:15 am it was 12 pm everyone was gone from church. If we left her there something could have happened to her. We called many time first the blame the drive told us 11:39 am then change her time and replace a person in her time slot. Where we do that and pick that person up. I Want a meeting with management Ms.Angie and Pat Williams and I will be calling tomorrow
Lamentablemente son unos irresponsables algunos choferes y no calculan el tiempo deben cambiar eso de uno NO pagar cuando de hacen llegar 15 minutos pero 30 m tarde en tu appointment y le preguntan donde tú vas al paciente y de hacen perder tu valeroso tiempo si no sabes no lleves a nadie se lleván a uno lejos en donde no está ubicado el sitio hay que estar muy pendiente a los choferes donde tú estás ubicado y otra cosa cuando se hizo la orden 15 minutos antes la compañía le cambian 15 minutos después no trabajan como profes... read more
