I am a passenger with them and I’ll be nice with my review here, PRO: Drivers are courteous and professional. CON: The management and how they coordinate their schedules is a BIG MESS! I was in many situations that I missed my doctor appointments and even I was sometimes late to work when I requested to be dropped off at a specific address. It’s like several people who are visually impaired playing musical chairs. YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!!
Was cut off today In Manchester today while turning onto Pine street. The driver was pulled over to the side with no blinker on so I tried going around. As I went to pass he pulled right onto the road causing me to slam on my breaks. He then went onto to put both turn signals on as to try making me think he was taking turns and never did. I have the whole thing on dashcam footage. The driver of bus #2520 today in Manchester has no business operating these vehicles. They are a danger on the road!
All due respect to those of you in the trenches who work to do your jobs and show consideration for the community of motorists and pedestrians. This is my first review of this company. Over the last few years, I have observed that management, staff, and others on the transit bus are very inconsiderate. A request on behalf of many: stop being jerks!
