The staff at Live Fit were fantastic and helped me recover quicker than I thought was possible. They were flexible with my difficult work schedule and genuinely caring people. I looked forward to seeing them every appointment.
Highly recommend this place, the therapist are absolutely awesome, down to earth people and are willing to help you! Definitely an A++ experience I went through during my workers comp experience.

I highly recommend LivFit, Southington. The staff is great and very knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. We did have many laughs along the way during my therapy. I had a reverse shoulder replacement surgery and was with the Southington team for 7 months. I can't say enough positive things about this team of therapist, they are awesome.
