Teddy is an excellent yoga teacher. I have benefited from every session we’ve done. In one-on-one classes we focus on my areas of concern that day. Teddy provides advice and feedback based on a holistic approach that blends the best of Eastern and Western medicine. Information ranges from acupressure points to alternate yoga poses, food choices and recommended reading. Personalized recordings provide a mechanism to be sure I can use the information whenever I need it.
