I've visited many vets around this area and it is always rare for me to find trusting, compassionate, and caring people. Not just to our pets but to the owners as well. We had a late emergency and they pushed their closing time with how serious of a condition my fur baby was in. They have even went out of their way to do not most veterinary care places do which has personally impacted me and meant so much. Highly recommend meeting this staff/team.
I took my 17 year old cat, Melissa, in due to her chronic asthma, and not eating for almost 2 days. She was having trouble swallowing. She had been seen by her regular vet the day before. Her regular vet is awsome and ordered a treatment plan for her. Since I knew that they were closed for the next 3 days, I knew that there wasn't enough time for the treatment to take effect, but I couldn't wait until Monday without her being seen before then. We have had to visit Greater Good twice within the last couple of months and each time they have been exceptional! The staff is welcoming, compassionate and professional and have never made us feel unwelcomed. Dr. S is very thorough and has never pushed unnecessary diagnostics. We are so happy this place exists and are willing to drive the 1hr+ to take our dogs there. Maybe one day we can convince them to move to Tehachapi where we need a vet like this DESPERATELY ;)
