Worst customer service of any software company I have ever worked with.
We recently used Greater Giving for our annual gala, and overall, we had a great experience. While the platform isn’t the most user-friendly when it comes to building out the website portion—it can feel a bit clunky and unintuitive at times—their customer service more than makes up for it. Anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, someone from their team was always available to take my call and walk me through the process. Very easy to navigate and super helpful that if questions, it is easy to reach someone via phone or computer. Nice having so many reports you can run once your event is over.
We found it made out event go a lot smoother and less stressful. Very easy to use. Love the program and the staff was delightful to deal with
