Greater Giving has been the best to work with for our non-profit. We utilize their software for our fundraising events and it is so smooth for donors and our staff, and the reporting is amazing for post-event round up. Highly recommend to all fundraising organizations!
Incredibly awful customer support. When dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars in credit card charges for patrons, you expect to be able to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Shutting down your office right as you release a major overhaul to your software, not providing an emergency contact, and all messages saying it must wait until Tuesday (today is Friday), is unacceptable.
