We recently used Greater Giving for our annual gala, and overall, we had a great experience. While the platform isn’t the most user-friendly when it comes to building out the website portion—it can feel a bit clunky and unintuitive at times—their customer service more than makes up for it. Very easy to navigate and super helpful that if questions, it is easy to reach someone via phone or computer. Nice having so many reports you can run once your event is over.
