Чекала на візит місяць, запізнилася на 5 хвилин сказали що не приймуть при тому дзвонили декілька разів чи я не передумала і я пройшла вчасно онлайн реєстрацію :( В холі в черзі сиділа 1 людина і лікарів на прийомі було декілька. Мій візит був за кеш, гарний досвід щоб обрати іншу клініку для себе 🧐

I visited this clinic hoping for some quick advice on whether I needed the ER or could just wait things out, but it was a total disaster. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and I sat there for an hour and a half without seeing a single doctor. They flat-out refused to let me talk to anyone, even though I was in pain and needed guidance. Completely unacceptable-don't waste your time here.
I scheduled appointments at 8am for both my wife and myself with EXPLICIT assurances from the office that we would be seen at the same time. My wife went in at 8:30am. I was told I’d be seen in 10 minutes. By 9:20am - nearly an HOUR later - I still hadn’t been seen. I waited a total of 1.5 hours before having to cancel my appointment entirely.
