Very disappointing experience at Greater Family Health in Palatine. We arrived on time for our child’s appointment and waited more than 40 minutes. During that time, several patients who arrived after us were called before us. We later learned there was an issue with our check-in at the front desk. Would give this location a better rating because the receptionist was nice but the dr didn’t show up and I had to drive an hour just to be told I need to reschedule for another day.
This was my first time at the Palatine office. I was there longer than I expected. While the front desk staff were wonderful and provided excellent service, I was very disappointed with our experience with the phlebotomist. She appeared uncomfortable, & tired. She was not confident in her stick, When I offered guidance on how I should hold my son she interrupted me and told me an ineffective way.
