Very disappointed with the front desk staff at this clinic. The doctor filled out documents for my workplace, but they were completed incorrectly. When I asked the front desk to help correct or properly complete the documents, the staff refused to assist. I was given conflicting and misleading information, and the issue is still not resolved. They refused to honor my appointment despite the fact that I arrived on time. I was coming from a funeral yet still made it at the appointment time, I had already checked in online, and yet still they turned me away. They said their policy is you must arrive 15 minutes early or they will not see you. That was never communicated to me. Their communications only ask you to arrive early, they never state it is required. Front desk had no interest in being helpful.
