This is has been my third time coming to Eureka Springs, I have always loved the atmosphere, the stores, the restaurants. This time I needed to use your outdoor restroom, and I was horrified by the condition of the toilets!! All three of the women’s restrooms were piled high with toilet paper and excrement! We went to the men’s side of the restrooms because there were no men in there, and they were in the same horrific condition! The Snell followed us on their clothing out of both restrooms! For your information, I called the Basin Park Hotel to find out their rates for a future stay. I was polite, but they hung up on me before giving me any info. I called again and they hung up a second time. We will never stay there.
