My appointment for my 6 month cleaning was rescheduled from April to December 3 at 9:00. I was just contacted that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. When I contacted Megan, I was told their first opportunity to reschedule is August 5th, 2026 at 2:30. Yes, I have already been on the list to call if there are any cancellations for seven months so this does not appear to be an option.

Most of these reviews are older. The office is clean and nice. The staff was patient, professional, and friendly. I have a history of trauma and bad experiences. I told Dr. A. that I was very nervous and had many bad experiences. I have a new problem with silicone which made me nervous to get work done and his front desk assistants printed out all the products used by the staff for me to check out. I was suffering with a tooth that had gotten infected after splitting in half. Dr. Andryc did an awesome job of removing it without any pain. His office even was able to get me in to see him on the day that I called.
Just take a second and look at the amount of one star reviews and the relation between them all. The administrative staff here is terrible. They're are not efficient at their job and their protocol makes no sense. Their reminders of appointments are not consistent. I've received calls sometimes and texts others, sometimes nothing at all. On multiple occasions I have showed up for an appointment at the scheduled time on the reminder card only to have them tell me my appointment was at a much earlier time.
