I had been struggling with pain in my tooth and needed a root canal, I went in for a consultation. Knowing I had to go on a cruise the next day. When I mentioned I was going on a cruise. They were very compassionate, made time and did the root canal for me that same appointment. It was one of the easiest experiences having my teeth worked on. Appreciate Dr.Madsen; however, out of pocket coinsurance was higher then my calculations; went to a different Endodontist same work done for less then what Greater Endo -TOOELE charged me for🤦♀️do your homework on your max deductible w/Your dental insurance.
My review is just about the same as the other review on here. I signed paperwork in the office and paid over $400 at time of service. They decided I still owed them money somehow and sent my account to collections for another $200. I never got any information from them. They never called or sent a statement. The only reason found out about it was the letter from the collection agency. Every has a cell phone nowadays. Do the decent thing and at least make a phone call. Very shady practice.
I had a root canal done here and signed a document that all I would have to pay is $3xx.00, which I paid at the appointment before the procedure. They have since sent me to collections for about $1k additional, which I never (or should have) received a bill for.
