Was denied my appointment because I showed up on time for my appointment. This absolutely ridiculous policy of showing up 15 minutes early is useless because they still have you sitting and waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. If you’re going to come up with stupid reasons to deny your patience because you’re running behind that’s not anybody else’s problem. Comparto mi experiencia, ayer tuve cita médica por enfermedad y estuve sentada en la sala de espera una hora antes de que me pasaran a consulta. Luego tuve que esperar al médico otros diez o quince minutos antes de que me consultaran. Bien no tengo problema con eso.
