I am a new employee at my workplace and in my eyes they dropped the ball with communicating the fact that we had to sign up for insurance 45 days after hire vs. the usual process where you must wait 3 months to even sign up. I’ve noticed that being a smaller company, attitudes run rather immature and less professional in nature. That said, I was 2 weeks outside the window to sign up for medical insurance. If you have kids, I would recommend staying far away from this office. We had an 8;30 and 9:30 am appointment for 2 of my kids, due to us arriving at 8:29, my daughter was denied care and was counted as a no show. The paperwork took about 5 minutes and both my kids were going to see the same doctor and yet the staff refused to work with us. I understand policies but we have a newborn and a 2 year old now that can’t get their shots because we didnt arrive 15 minutes EARLY to the appointment, to do paperwork that is all electr... read more

Got here a couple minutes before the appointment. I have 2 appointments for 2 kids right next to each other. They won’t take my first child because we weren’t 15 minutes early. So now I’m sitting here in the waiting room for the hour to end for the next appointment for my baby while the doctor sees nobody because I was 3 minutes early rather than 15.
