I had an appointment for 1:40, I arrived at 1:45 (was stuck in traffic), I sign in and have I seat. I was called up to the front desk at 2:02 (17 minutes later) to be told from the recoponist that Caroline Stowe CRNP was unable to see me and that I needed to reschedule.
