To start Liz could not even bother to pick up her headset. She spoke to me on speaker phone so unprofessional. Then proceeds to tell me to not pay my rent and get an eviction notice yeah cause I want an eviction on my record. I have never been in this position and was laid off just needed assistance until I was back to work. It is so infuriating that hard working people can't get help but these lowlifes who play the system get everything.

Also for the record I was referred to here and told to ask for help by the unemployment office in Salem , I believe I talked to Liz, she said state policy is they cant help you with rent until your given an eviction notice and you need employment and to be able to pay the next month to qualify. Hilarious when you take into account if you were employed already you wouldn't need the help also 60 percent of the states population is from out of state this is on google and she literally said I don't feel that way to me. Strung along for 2 months. Denied help. K was a nice lady. On SSDI for a reason.Not that that mattered at all

I was referred to this office by my Dr.I think around the summer of 2021 & I had been seeing a therapist in this center for several months.
