I just moved to the Dayton area in July of 2024 and applied for housing with GDPM upon moving here & also worked for them temporarily through an employment agency. I was approved for housing in Feb 2025 & lost the job in Jan 2025 when trying to be hired on permanently due to failing a drug test for a legal drug! They should really consider retesting in 30 or 60 days for those that fail due to marijuana as to its legal in Ohio and there are dispensaries are every few blocks and is an outdated notion and could very well get po... read more
I just recently became a tenant through GDPM. I have gotten my money order for my rent. Also a stamped envelope so i can mail it in. I cant seem to find my paper work to the address i mail my rent to. Does anyone know?
Don’t rent with these people. I was a tenant for 12 years. Paid rent on time. My ceiling fell in. Rhonda Lee is the worst manager I’ve ever had dealings with. They didn’t place me anywhere. I did everything the staff asked me to in order to fix the situation. I was supposed to temporarily move me and my belongings out and resign my lease when I return. Was out of my apartment for 3 months . This lady put an eviction me. Because they want rent for the months I wasn’t there. All of this could of been avoided. So unprofessional... read more
Horrible place the staff is bad at helping people. They rather down or see people down it's a soap opera down there. The Young and The Restless!! Crazy bad
