5 year warranty does nothing. Refusing to come out and assess wind damage to roof they replaced 2 years ago. Edit: Claiming I didn't call in now when I just called them today and was told this.
This is the second time this year that I hired Greater Dayton Construction. They are simply the best. From Jeff (estimator), to Nick (BEST project manager!) to Robin (contractor) and Elijah, to Matt (electrician) to Jeff and Mike (flooring) they were all true professionals who went out of their way to provide excellent work. They were also unfailingly kind, friendly and went the extra mile as revisions were made mid-stream. Highly recommend.
Initially our project was a giant mess, but more recent staffing additions to this project have went above and beyond to rectify what happened and we are much more satisfied with both the work and how we’ve been treated.
Trust me, you do NOT want to use Greater Dayton construction. Short story: terrible communicators, took significantly longer to complete the project than quoted, and did a HORRIBLE job!!! Long story: Our finished basement flooded causing a lot of damage and requiring new flooring, baseboards, doors, and paint job. Our insurance company gave us a list of potential contractors to use and we unfortunately chose Greater Dayton for this project. I hate to leave a bad review when my house is still in limbo of repairs but we’ve had a lot of contractors in our home in the last 6 months, and GDCG has been our biggest let down. The in-office staff has been great to us but unfortunately they aren’t the ones handling our repairs.
