In April of 2025, we had some storm damage and my insurer put me in contact with Jeff at Greater Dayton Construction Group. Jeff communicated well with me, was knowledgeable and helpful, and turned around an estimate that I ultimately went with. Dayton Construction did the work in our basement after a sump pump failure. Carpet, walls, baseboards. Work was completed in a timely manner and working with Jeff and Nick made the whole ordeal much easier. The basement turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend.
First of all Jeff and Nolan Thompson were a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job working with my insurance company and the completed work their crew did was absolutely beautiful! It turned out to be better than the original job from a few years ago. They took their time to make sure everything looked perfect! Even through some delays they made sure they followed up with us. Greater Dayton Construction did a major remodel of our home. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with ALS and we needed to move quickly to modify the home. Modifications included putting in a 3 story elevator, remodeling 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors, and more. Matt did an excellent job on the design side. Steve our field superintendent was spectacular. We had our bathroom completely remodeled from start to finish. They did a great job, from James our sales representative to Kevin the VP and most importantly Brock. He was there to change all the stuff we wanted and fix all the little glitches along the way and our bathroom looks fantastic. Thank you all so much
