I hate to leave a bad review when my house is still in limbo of repairs but we’ve had a lot of contractors in our home in the last 6 months, and GDCG has been our biggest let down. The in-office staff has been great to us but unfortunately they aren’t the ones handling our repairs. Beginning with David who did the estimate to Nolan who was the project manager and then to Ethan who was the professional painter- I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work they performed at my home. We met with Sean Tucker and Erica Lenoir yesterday to discuss a master bathroom remodeling project. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend using Greater Dayton Construction Group.
I needed to have my roof replaced on a tight schedule and Jeff at greater Dayton construction was able to complete the job in a very timely manner at a very competitive price point.
In April of 2025, we had some storm damage and my insurer put me in contact with Jeff at Greater Dayton Construction Group. Jeff communicated well with me, was knowledgeable and helpful, and turned around an estimate that I ultimately went with.
