Could not recommend Greater Dayton Construction enough. Long story short, I needed my floor replaced after my dishwasher leaked. My insurance adjuster was an absolute joke throughout the process but the patience Jeff Thompson showed was awesome. Always answered my questions and was honest about how things were going to be played out.

My sewer line backed up into my basement, including the finished part. I dealt with Greater Dayton Construction Group at 2 levels: cleanup/drying and the build back. Both groups were fantastic. They were on time, explained everything to me, and did a superb job. On top of it, they all had a great sense of humor, which helped in a stressful situation. And my dogs loved them

5 year warranty does nothing. Refusing to come out and assess wind damage to roof they replaced 2 years ago. Edit: Claiming I didn't call in now when I just called them today and was told this.

This is the second time this year that I hired Greater Dayton Construction. They are simply the best. From Jeff (estimator), to Nick (BEST project manager!) to Robin (contractor) and Elijah, to Matt (electrician) to Jeff and Mike (flooring) they were all true professionals who went out of their way to provide excellent work. They were also unfailingly kind, friendly and went the extra mile as revisions were made mid-stream. Highly recommend.

Initially our project was a giant mess, but more recent staffing additions to this project have went above and beyond to rectify what happened and we are much more satisfied with both the work and how we’ve been treated.
