First of all Jeff and Nolan Thompson were a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job working with my insurance company and the completed work their crew did was absolutely beautiful! It turned out to be better than the original job from a few years ago. They took their time to make sure everything looked perfect! Even through some delays they made sure they followed up with us. Greater Dayton Construction did a major remodel of our home. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with ALS and we needed to move quickly to modify the home. Modifications included putting in a 3 story elevator, remodeling 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors, and more. Matt did an excellent job on the design side. Steve our field superintendent was spectacular. We had our bathroom completely remodeled from start to finish. They did a great job, from James our sales representative to Kevin the VP and most importantly Brock. He was there to change all the stuff we wanted and fix all the little glitches along the way and our bathroom looks fantastic. Thank you all so much
These guys are clowns. The subcontractors displayed no craftsmanship in any aspect of the project. They screwed up the bathroom tile and had to come back several times. The trim in our basement had to be redone 3 times. The painter's quality sucked. There was not a single aspect of this project that was done well without issue. Edit: Yes, Greater Dayton Construction Group did fix most of these issues. However, I have no respect for so called professionals who jerk you around with poor quality. Who ever that driver was that just about took off my front bumper in front of the loves at 9:44 am is a idiot driver and this company is at risk of a law suit due to his inability to make smart decisions.he completely cut a loaded truck off simply because he didn't wanna slow down for a car turning into the loves I'm sure he is with this area and knows that right lane ends very unprofessional very careless and reckless I just hope it is as it reflect the work this company does
