Trust me, you do NOT want to use Greater Dayton construction. Short story: terrible communicators, took significantly longer to complete the project than quoted, and did a HORRIBLE job!!! Long story: Our finished basement flooded causing a lot of damage and requiring new flooring, baseboards, doors, and paint job. I hate to leave a bad review when my house is still in limbo of repairs but we’ve had a lot of contractors in our home in the last 6 months, and GDCG has been our biggest let down. The in-office staff has been great to us but unfortunately they aren’t the ones handling our repairs. Beginning with David who did the estimate to Nolan who was the project manager and then to Ethan who was the professional painter- I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work they performed at my home.
