James is a great contributor to any home owner's maintenance and repair team. He looks at the big picture of a.home systems' over and above assessing and correcting chimney issues. His pays attention to details. He even noted a low tire on one of our vehicles as he was leaving. He keeps clients informed and called to let us know when he was going to be delayed an hoir. Work was completed efficiently and was very reasonably priced.
