The woman who did my prep work and the doctor were so encouraging and informational. It was an experience that could’ve been really unpleasant, but they encouraged me every step of the way.
The doctor is great.. The staff is good but there is absolutely no sense of timing.. everytime I have visited them, it's a half day ordeal.. there is no point setting up appointments if they can't keep up.. won't recommend them due to the time wasted here
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. nair is amazing. She did my Scleral buckle surgery and I had some questions on a Friday night after hours. They have an after hours line and she answered and walked me through everything. If you’re looking for a Retina Specialists Greater Dallas Retina is the place!
