This HOA is completely worthless. They don’t do any drive-arounds for violations, so subsequently 1/2 of the houses have weeds (some even 4’-5’ tall), there’s a car that literally parks in their front grass to get shade from a tree, there’s a rundown truck parked in another homes’ front yard, a hoarding situation happening in another homes’ front yard/driveway, a rundown boat with flat tires parked in a driveway, Christmas lights still up, trash piled up in driveways, remodeling work happening without HOA approval (and not m... read more

The HOA keeps adding charges over charges in the balance. They added the fees twice. When pointed out, they cannot explain. This HOA seems to do nothing but increases the fee every year. The worst. That's why people hate house with HOA.

Been living in Corona Village for 5+ years. HOA is always polite and helpful when I reach out for questions. I otherwise rarely hear from them (which is good) unless its an update about the common areas or HOA events. Two polite letters to me over the years, one for request to fix fading trim paint and one for a garbage can left out for days, which after a quick call they understood not to be mine, but my neighbor's. Very unsafe. Unsafe atmosphere. HOA specifically makes you feel unsafe. If you have kids I’d recommend somewhere safer.
